New Roots, Fresh Growth at The Willows
We’re planting the seeds for an incredible shopping experience

We’re excited to share that the transformation of The Willows Shopping Center is well underway.

As part of the redevelopment, Building C — anchored by Eureka! — is being reimagined into approximately 14,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space, bringing an exciting lineup of new businesses to the center. New retailers and restaurants will begin opening on a rolling basis starting in June, with all eight new tenants anticipated to be open by the end of August 2026.

In addition to the new storefronts, guests can expect elevated design enhancements throughout the property, including refreshed facades, upgraded patios, enhanced landscaping, and thoughtfully integrated artistic placemaking elements that will add new energy and character to the Center.

Construction is ongoing in phases to help minimize disruption, and Eureka! will remain open throughout the project.

The completion of the Building C renovation project will be officially celebrated on September 24, 2026, with additional event details coming soon.
